The quality of our whiskys reflects our philosophy of scrupulously controlling all stages of production and especially distillation. We meticulously select the barrels that ensure optimal aging of our vintages. These barrels are rare on the market and we are always on the lookout for those that once contained the best spirits of their respective categories, thus transmitting the most refined and delicate essences to our different whiskys.

Certain vintages will only be available in limited quantities, with only a few hundred bottles. Considering this, we will offer them to our members, before they even become available on the market. It's also likely that several rare bottles from single barrels may never see the distillery's shelves. Our members will have an exclusive access to our bottles in order to purchase them beforehand, during the presale.

Since this spring, several of our barrels have become real whiskeys after more than three years of maturation. We are currently at the stage of tasting them in order to bring the alcohol level to the optimal level for each cask. This crucial step will take several more months and we are also working on certain blends since several special barrels have complementary aromatic qualities that blend perfectly with others. Our goal will always be to offer you a unique, perfectly balanced product, which will be marketed when we judge that it meets all the quality criteria of the Côte des Saints Distillery. Until then, you will be regularly informed of our steps until the launch of the first bottle!
