Based on neutral alcohol from Quebec barley distilled on site in our distillery in Mirabel, Boréal gin is a tribute to our land by being made entirely from botanicals from our beautiful province.

Raw material used:

Its delicate forest notes preserve the spirit of the grain with a touch of sugar while preserving a beautiful length in the mouth with a heart warming finish.

Particularities of elaboration:

The result of three distillations on copper columns, its delicate aromas will please both those who are new to the world of gin and connoisseurs.

Best way to serve the product:

It can be enjoyed chilled, on its own, or it will be at ease in classic cocktails such as the Last Word made with Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur and lime, or even in a duo with a simple slice of lemon and a little neutral tonic.
